We do not collect information beyond what is needed to understand and arrange your request.

Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry and to coordinate the services you request — accommodation, transport, dining, and experiences arranged through our network of vetted partners.
We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or rent client information under any circumstance.
Sharing With Partners
Where a request requires us to engage a partner — a residence, a captain, a chef — we share only the details necessary to fulfil that request. Every partner in our network is bound by confidentiality.
Your identity, preferences, and movements are never shared beyond what a specific arrangement requires.
Data Retention
We retain client information only for as long as it serves an active or returning relationship. Where a client's affairs are placed with us, records are kept securely and reviewed periodically.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time. Write to us directly and we will respond personally, within the day.
