Terms of Service

CRC Concierge is a private concierge office. We coordinate and arrange services — transport, residences, dining, and experiences — through a network of vetted third-party partners across Northern Morocco. We do not directly operate vehicles, vessels, aircraft, or properties.

Membership is extended by referral. Arrangements are confirmed in writing, with a proposal or quote provided before any commitment is made.

A deposit may be required for certain bookings — villas, yachts, and private aviation among them — and will be communicated clearly before confirmation.

Cancellation terms vary by the nature of the arrangement and are communicated at the time of booking. Where a partner enforces its own cancellation policy — a villa, a charter, an aircraft operator — that policy applies in addition to ours.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, complying with partner rules and local regulations, and holding valid travel documents and insurance for the duration of their stay.

CRC exercises care in selecting and briefing every partner in our network, but the delivery of each service remains the responsibility of the partner providing it. Our liability is limited to the coordination we provide.

Discretion is held on both sides. The details of an engagement are treated as private by our office and, where a partner is involved, by the terms of our arrangement with them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
